Top 5 Events in Tally This Week (9/9 – 9/15) = Tallahassee Event Website [Discover Tallahassee’s best events all in 1 place at any time.]

Hey Noles!

We’ve got a big week coming up full of awesome events. In fact, there are so many good ones, it was very hard to pick our Top 5 this week (almost as hard as choosing between Kobe Bryant & Lebron James). I choose Kobe. Anyways, feel free to check our homepage if you’d like to discover more events happening soon in Tally. Let’s get it.

1. Stand Up Downunder Presents: Brandon Wardell

If you’re trying to laugh this Saturday for free, you’ll love this. Brandon Wardell (@bswardell) is a big time Comedian/Actor who has made many big time appearances. Some of them include Comedy Central’s “Midnight” game show, Adam Devine’s “House Party”, Viceland’s “Flophouse”, he was featured as the Hot Comedian on Rolling Stone’s 2016 Hot List, he plays Skrillex in “What Would Diplo Do”, he also hosts a podcast with Jack Wagner called “Yeah But Still”, etc. He’s been in many other things, but I’m tired and don’t feel like writing them lol. If you want to know more, click on the title of the event above which will take you to the event page.

2. Dueling Pianos – Special Friday Night Edition

This show will be at Township this Friday, the 13th. Don’t be scared, it’s just a music show featuring piano players from Rockey’s Dueling Piano Bar playing against each other. The show starts at 8:00 pm, but if you get there between 5 – 7:30, cover is $5. If you get there after, cover is $10. They also have a deal with their sister restaurant, Centrale. The way it works is if you eat at Centrale, you get free cover and skip the line. For more info, click the title of this event for the even page.

3. Nostalgia Night

This event is hosted by FSU Outdoors & is meant for you to do the things you did in the Summer of 2006. For $24, they are giving you pizza, s’mores, and all the games you used to play as a child. It’s happening at The Rez on Friday, the 13th. Registration includes: transportation to and from campus, pizza/s’mores, & 2 outdoor pursuits trip leaders. For more info & registration, click HERE.

4. Virginia vs FSU Watch Party

After a close victory versus a mediocre team last week, we’re clinging onto hope as we face #25 Virginia on the road this Saturday. Pot’s is having a watch party in the Beer Garden with their big screen up. They are also roasting a pig so don’t miss it! Game starts at 7:30 pm, but Pot’s will open at 5:30 pm. For more info, click the title for the event page.

5. Stand Up Downunder: 1st Open Mic Night

This Thursday, Club Downunder will be hosting its 1st Comedy Open Mic Night of the semester in the Union Ballrooms. It’s free for everyone and if you think you’re funny and wanna sign up, email Show starts at 9:30 pm. For more info, you know where to click!

Like I said, this list was super hard to make because of how many great events there are this week. I strongly advise you to check our homepage to see what’s going on so you can find what’s right for you.
