He’s Crazy/She’s Crazy – Behavioral Profiling

We will briefly discuss some mental pathologies that impact people as it relates to relationships and crime. Ideally, we will cover the telltale signs of disorders, what those disorders may be recognized as from a behavioral perspective, and for individuals who fall into certain categories, what challenges those behaviors present to others as well as to identify people who may cause harm within intimate relationships.

Lecturer:

Dr. Lee Bushong, FAMU

Dr. Lee Bushong joined FAMU in 2018. He is an assistant professor in criminal justice within the Department of Sociology and Criminal Justice. Dr. Bushong combines a former career in law enforcement with the theory of academia, giving students exposure to both. In addition to working at FAMU, Dr. Bushong is a member of FEMORS, Florida’s emergency mortuary response organization, a field trained archaeologist, and a forensic under water crime scene investigator He has published works on crime scene investigation and millennial motivation. Dr. Bushong’s specialties include human remains identification, wound interpretation, blood evidence, forensic behavior analysis, sexual deviancy, emergency management, archaeology, and underwater investigation.
